Type-approved for commercial use, the Tamtron Wheel Loader Scale enables quick and efficient weighing while loading and moving materials with the wheel loader. Weighing information collected to the memory of the scale can be printed with each weighing or transferred to be utilised for business activities via Tamtron’s cloud service or integration directly to an ERP or other system.

Efficient and accurate weighing during every lift
The Tamtron Wheel Loader Scale weighs materials automatically during lifting, making loading work faster, smoother and more efficient. The system includes three weighing modes designed for different tasks and workflows:
- Storage mode enables easy monitoring of moved material quantities and separation of different material types.
- Memo mode is ideal when loading materials for multiple customers or trucks during the same shift, for example.
- Basic mode offers quick weighing when there’s no need to separate materials or additional information.
In addition to boosting productivity, the scale enhances safety. Accurate weighing helps prevent overload-related damage and ensures the loader and trucks are operated within permitted weight limits. Safety can be further improved with optional features such as an immobilizer system or a rear-view camera connected to the scale.
Weighing data management
All weighing data recorded by the Tamtron Wheel Loader Scale can be printed after each weighing or transferred for business use via Tamtron’s cloud service or direct ERP integration.
Electronic data transfer also enables work orders to be sent straight to the scale and confirmed as completed on the device, allowing invoicing to be handled immediately after weighing. Access to accurate information on loads, materials and schedules improves operational efficiency, increases transparency and supports profitable decision-making. With reliable real-time data work sites can be optimized to run smoothly and reporting between partners becomes easier.
